I met Kathryn in Los Angeles and immediately started working with her on various jobs. Then she went off to New York and right away did a eight page story, shot by Avedon, for American Vogue, followed by some great advertising and more editorial, and then she seemed to disappear. I have always wondered what happened to her......did she get married and raise a family? If anyone knows her whereabouts please bring me up to date.
