What: His new Private Blend Lip Color Collection, which consists of 12 “perfect” shades that range from Vanilla Suede (shown here) to Black Orchid, a naughty-looking deep plum.
Why: Sex in a stick best describes Ford’s lush, creamy and richly pigmented new lipsticks. Full of performance-enhancing ingredients like soja seed extract, Brazilian murumuru butter and chamomilla flower oil, these lipsticks smell and feel as good as they look. And because this is after all Tom Ford we’re talking about, the packaging is as sublime as the product. Public touch-ups suddenly seem mandatory, not gauche.
